By downloading or using Zella, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

License

Zella is licensed, not sold. Your purchase grants you a personal, non-exclusive license to install and use Zella on Macs you own or control, including free updates within the major version you purchased.

What you may not do

• Resell, sublicense, or redistribute the app
• Reverse-engineer the app except where allowed by law
• Use the app to create unlawful content

Your content

You own everything you record and create with Zella. Because the app runs locally, we never receive your content and claim no rights to it.

Updates

We may release updates that add, change, or remove features. Free updates are provided within your major version.

Disclaimer

Zella is provided “as is.” To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties and are not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Nothing here limits rights that cannot be limited under applicable law.

Refunds

Purchases are covered by our refund policy.
